Eaton is proud to add the ET1280 crimp machine to its line of crimpers. While being one of our most economical crimp machines to-date, the new ET1280 machine boasts a broad crimp capability with an ease-of-use that is sure to please hose assemblers. The new ET1280 will handle virtually all hose styles through 20 SAE100R12 hose and fittings. All die cages, crimp diameters and approved hose and fitting combinations are identical to the popular FT1380 & FT1380P crimp machines. Crimp diameters are controlled using a dial indicator and that allows for precise and adjustable finished crimp diameters.

The ET1280 also comes in two configurations. The adjustable model allows the machine to be oriented to the preferred angle that the operator desires. This adjustable model may be ordered separately or with your choice of three power options, including a high volume hand pump, a turbo air/hydraulic power unit or a 12-volt DC power unit. The upright model comes standard with a work light and a 110-volt, 1.5 HP electric power unit.

The new ET1280 crimp machine builds on the success of the prior FT1380 and FT1380P crimp machines by using the same basic frame and construction design. The ET1280 crimp machine also uses the traditional ProCrimp die cages and the same target settings as the FT1380.
